my goals

Goals for my 12 week challenge-

1. I will reduce my body fat to 25% & weigh @ 205 lbs.

2. I will bend a 60d nail.

3. I will perform a legitimate 3″ phone book tear.

4. I will do 5 pullups.

Reasons for Attaining My Goals-

1. To become healthy and have enough energy to be there for my family.

2. To become healthy and have enough energy to be do what God has planned for me.

3. I want to live my life well into my 80’s with energy, health, fitness, & passion,

4. To be able to bend a horseshoe and 60d nail.
